- What kind of warranty will I receive with my Euroview shower enclosure?

All Euroview Shower Enclosures come with a limited one year warranty on all manufacturer parts. In addition, Euroview’s expert installation service also includes a limited one-year warranty will apply to the labor as well.

- How do I care for my Euroview shower enclosure?

Your Euroview shower enclosure will require a small amount of maintenance on a fairly regular basis. If properly maintained, you will enjoy years of stisfaction from your Euroview shower enclosure. - Can I purchase an Euroview shower enclosure directly from the factory?

No. Euroview distributes its product line through a network of expertly trained dealers who display our products in their showrooms. With many models on display, they'll make your Euroview purchase as easy as possible. Please see the Distributor List for the nearest displaying dealer in your area.
- Do you have installers you recommend for your products?

Sure we do…Us! Our in-house, factory trained installers are ready to do a professional job for you. Purchase your enclosure with our installation service through a dealer and Euroview's customer service department will coordinate the measure and installation appointments directly with you.
- How long can I expect to wait after my order is placed?

You can be assured we’ll complete your installation in the shortest industry lead times. Time will vary depending on the type of enclosure you purchase. For example, standard sliding doors will take less time than a custom 3/8-in. Heavy Glass enclosure. Our customer service department will phone you within 48 hours after we receive your order to schedule an appointment. Your first appointment will be a field measure (if necessary). After confirming your selections with your dealer, we’ll begin to manufacture your enclosure. Installation should be complete within 2–3 weeks.
- Do your distributors carry a supply of Euroview shower enclosures, which I can take home and install myself?

Absolutely. Many of the dealers listed on our Distributor List have a large selection of enclosures in stock. If your specific model is not in stock, Euroview will make sure your special order arrives to any of it’s distributors in 7–10 business days. You may be able to save time and pick up your order directly at Euroview. Every enclosure comes with specific instructions to ensure an easy installation.
